Welcome
Our Philosophy
The philosophy underlying Wing Chun is to take control of your life and make the decisions that are right for you. Wing Chun is truly a combat martial art, but it is also much more. Practitioners of Wing Chun will hopefully spend only a small fraction of their lives fighting.
Wing Chun Kuen (traditional Chinese: 詠春拳), usually called Wing Chun (詠春), is a concept-based traditional Southern Chinese Kung fu (wushu) style and a form of self-defense, that requires quick arm movements and strong legs to defeat opponents.[3] Softness (via relaxation) and performance of techniques in a relaxed manner is fundamental to Wing Chun.
Our Results in Numbers
A 1985 study found that children in martial arts have an increased sense of responsibili-
ty, and a higher sense of self-esteem.
